Initial project objective: One among many on the project management division roster, I managed four projects simultaneously: two infrastructure and two software development projects.
Challenge: This was my first contract, and it was in a new industry, a new culture, and involved technical, project management, and business processes unique to CardinalHealth. At CardinalHealth, budget tracking is paramount.
How I met the challenge: I learned and used the CardinalHealth project management process to manage these projects, improvising as needed.
