Initial Job Objective: Evaluate Covidien’s Master Data Management (MDM) vision and high level plan and determine readiness for program initiation.
Challenge: The client requested a fast and aggressive analysis and I had to hit the ground running in the Covidien headquarters outside Boston, MA.
How I met the challenge: Over a period of weeks, I identified key resources, established rapport, reviewed the Covidien corporate and MDM vision and mission, evaluated initiation and program plans, conducted interviews, completed a technical and organizational analysis, and recommended specific and actionable planning and organizational preparation steps for Covidien leadership to complete, before initiating the MDM program.
