Initial Job Objective: Remediate and execute the state-wide email consolidation program, which had been attempted and failed more than once over the years, and that now was bogged down and failing.
Challenge: Each agency with state of Ohio government had autonomous and independent email systems. The challenge was to migrate each agency to a centralized state-wide email system.
How I met the challenge: After my initial research and listening, I established a repeatable migration process and tested it for each email technology. The process was supported by document templates and process workflows adapted to each technology. Once each migration was proven-in for a pilot agency, the others quickly followed and I was able to turn the running program over to the client to complete its execution.
Why I Left: Contract completed.
