Initial Job Objective: To manage the Production Workflow System replacement project.
Challenge: Large project to replace a large scale, highly interdependent, mission critical printing workflow system which automated and managed the production of Nationwide documentation for distribution and mailing, statements, bills, endorsements, any and all documents that Nationwide mailed out to customers and employees.
How I responded to the challenge: Solid project management processes applied to an agile development project using an outside vendor. I also led the IT integration of FutureHealth, a Nationwide acquisition, and other projects in support of the Nationwide Board of Directors.
Why I Left: I left to accept the Chief Information Officer position at the Office of the Ohio Attorney General.
